Return & Refund Policy – Bazarwa

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges on Bazarwa.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or confirmation email, is required for all returns.

Products that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the sender at their expense.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns or custom manufacturing. These include:

  • Personal care, grooming, or hygiene products

  • Undergarments and innerwear

  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email to info@bazarwa.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Once your claim is verified, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.

Failure to report the issue within the 48-hour timeframe may affect your eligibility for resolution.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at info@bazarwa.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images if applicable.

  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Securely package the item and ship it using a reliable courier service.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or replacement.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request valid bank account information to process the refund.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect caused by us.

  • Bazarwa reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not meet our return criteria.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Bazarwa will cover the return shipping charges.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the standard return policy.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at info@bazarwa.com as soon as possible with your order number.
